Pre Orders

All pre-orders should be placed on separate orders. If any order includes in stock items and Pre-Order items, the order will be split into multiple orders and shipping charges will apply to all shipments.

Turnaround

If all items are in stock when you place your order, the order usually ships the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock, it usually takes 2 - 5 business days to process and ship your order.

Carriers

We use UPS Ground, USPS First Class, & USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders. We us USPS Priority International and USPS First Class International for International orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Shipping rate for USPS start at $3.45, UPS Starts at $8.95, and International orders start at $19.95
