German Heavy Cruiser Prinz Eugen 1945. Kriegsmarine Hipper class heavy cruiser, veteran of Operations RheinÃ¼bung (with Bismarck) and Zerberus (the Channel Dash with Scharnhorst and Gneisenau) - represented in 1945 fit. Kit features optional full or waterline hull, fine engraved deck surfaces, highly detailed superstructure, full weapons suite including light AA with separate gun shields, choice of 2 torpedo tube configurations, detailed ship's boats and rafts, aircraft hangar with interior detail and optional open roof, 2 clear molded Arado floatplanes with optional folded/extended wings, display stand and name plate. Also includes photo-etch parts (railings, inclined and vertical ladders, funnel grille, funnel platforms, crane hooks and additional fine details) plus bonus full hull S-100 class schnellboot. Completed model is approximately 23.9" long. Decals for deck air recognition markings, aircraft, battle ensign and schnellboot with color painting guide displaying port and starboard profiles and overhead plan view.
